The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce (GBMCC) was established by a committed group of business professionals and individuals in response to the pressing need to create an organization that would respond to the various needs of the growing business community. The Chamber has become a vehicle that serves as our voice before government entities, provides strong advocacy for services and develops policies that will stimulate economic growth through business development within our communities.
COVID-19 Message - The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce (the "GBMCC") will follow all established CDC, State, and Local Municipal guidelines for all in-person meetings and/or events ("Meetings" / "Events"). Furthermore, while the GBMCC has taken the appropriate steps to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 being transmitted at GBMCC Meetings and Events, the GBMCC cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 as a result of attending a GBMCC Meeting and/or Event . Be advised that you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting and/or spreading COVID-19 by attending a GBMCC Meeting and/or Event
By attending an in-person GBMCC Meeting and/or Event, you agree to forever release and waive your right to bring suit against the GBMCC, together with all of their respective present and former officers, employees, Members, directors, agents, servants, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, successors, and assigns, in connection with exposure, infection and/or spread of COVID-19 related to your attendance at any GBMCC Meeting and/or Event . You understand that this notice means you give up your right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim you may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
This notice shall be binding upon your survivors, heirs, successors, and assigns. You understand and agree that this is a release of liability.
